Physical Therapy

Your first visit is an hour during which your Physical Therapist will perform a thorough evaluation and initiate your treatment. Follow up visits can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or an hour depending on your needs and preferences. Your visits are spent entirely 1-on-1 with the same Physical Therapist. Home sessions are also available upon request and based on availability.

Under “Direct Access” in New York, we can see you without a prescription for 10 visits or 30 days, whichever lapses first.

We can improve your performance with every day activities or any sport with specific strengthening and flexibility exercises. The first session is an hour and includes a thorough assessment in order to establish a customized exercise plan. Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy combines the knowledge and experience of a Physical Therapist with a Yoga Teacher to incorporate the techniques of Yoga to assist you with a physical limitation and/or pain. The Physical Therapist/Yoga Teacher can evaluate you to determine what poses and techniques would provide the most benefit to you by reducing your pain and increasing your range of motion, strength, balance, and thus improving your overall function.

The first session is an hour and includes a thorough assessment in order to establish a customized Yoga Therapy plan. Follow up visits can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or an hour depending on your needs and preferences and your visits are spent entirely 1-on-1 with the same Physical Therapist/Yoga Teacher.

Each session is designed to address specific goals, relieve tension patterns and support whole-body neuromuscular balance.
